Dear ladies and gentlemen,
let’s welcome the autumn release of our website. We are proud to say, that after so many years from a website which used to be just a very very basic site, to a now state of the art, mobile first, decent styled website based on a foundation aiming for the next leap into the future, we made a huge progress. Okay okay, so much for the self-praise. Before I go into the details I’d like to say “THANK YOU” to all of you. For your patience while waiting for the next update, for your input, your ideas, and your love. And, thank you to all support team members and colleagues, who made this update possible.
And now, let’s talk about the scoop:
- First, we made as much public available as possible, you will love it, that’s for sure! Knowledge Base, Documentation, Driver Info, Blog, at your fingertips. The only login you will need is for accessing the software download information. Key for an access is a valid maintenance agreement. This stays untouched. The login interface and the internal will be available in the next days. So in case you are in a rush or you need something, contact us.
- Everything support related is now available under the menu point “SUPPORT” in the main menu on top. You will find the Knowledge Base, Documentation and the access/login for the software download there.
- Software contains the certified driver information for the moment, future things will be added. With the documentation public available we see no further need for a software products overview. In case you think we shall reactivate this page, let us know.
In case something works not as expected, or the design is a mess, please empty your browser cache and reload the website before send in a message.
