When you set Active stereo at the NVIDIA® control panel to ON, it can happen that your entire screen starts to flicker rapidly, making it impossible to work with the system, when running Windows® 10 as your operating system.
This behavior has been observed on standalone workstations as well as in scaled environments. On Scale systems, this behavior occurs when you stop an active Scale session. This happens on Windows® 10 installations only.
The solution is to restart the workstation or the Scale cluster. In case you rely on the active stereo setting and Windows® 10, please get in contact with Software Support and report your incident with reference to this entry.
This issue has been fixed in DELTAGEN 2018.
