We from 3DEXCITE Support always strive to improve and offer you the best support you can get. This includes to simplify the tools available for you to seek for help and raise a Service Request. From October, 23rd of 2019 on, you will no longer be able to request support via Email to 3DExcite.SUPPORT@3ds.com.
Beginning with this date, the new 3DSupport App will be available to all customers from 3DEXCITE. We recommend to learn about the new app and view the onboarding video tutorials and the FAQ. New appointments for onboarding websessions most likely to come up in the near future.
Between July 23rd and October 22nd 2019 you can open Service Requests for 3DEXCITE products either by sending an email to 3DEXCITE.Support@3ds.com or by using the 3DSupport App. We encourage you to get familiar with the 3DSupport App during this period.
